	Pushpendra Kumar Gupta Director and Chief Architect - EMC & SNIA South Asia Chairman P.K. Gupta has 24 years of experience in IT Industry. Did B. E. in Computer Science in 1985 from MNREC, PGDM from AIMA and currently doing Doctorate in Business Administration from AMU in India. Currently working as Director Information Protection Practice and Chief Architect - Asia Pacific and Japan for EMC. In this role, responsible for pre-sales and delivery of the associated products. Has been with company since May 1997, earlier roles being Director Product Marketing, Product Management and Director of Engineering. Worked in River Run Software Group for more than 7 years. In River Run, was mainly responsible for management of various projects related to LAN Management, Network Management, Storage Management and Mobile Computing. In between managed various on-site projects for IBM and Motorola in US for 5 years in the area of LAN and Network Management and their applications; and systems management. Worked in Uptron Control Systems, Software R&D division for 5 years since 1985 on real-time systems. He was visiting professor in India for last 10 years in various MBA institutions such as Amity Business School, AIMA, IMT and JIMS. Also writes technical and management articles in various magazines; and has been international speaker on storage management. He is avid reader of technical and management books. He is also Chair for SNIA (Storage Networking Industry Association) South Asia; also founder and Chairman Emeritus of SNIA India.
	Shiva Anand Neiker STG Storage Business Development Manager, IBM Shiva is the Storage Business Development Manager. Systems & Technology Group, IBM ASEAN. In this role, he leads a transformational initiative across the various storage support teams as well as being the liaison with the worldwide storage communities. Shiva joined IBM in 2004 as a Field Technical Sales Specialist. In his tenure at IBM, he has held a diverse series of sales and technical roles: eServer Manager, Client ystems Manager, Storage Sales Leader (Malaysia), XIV Sales Leader (Malaysia), Storage Sales Leader (ASEAN). He has a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Malaya.
	Subramaniam Venkatesan Balaji Storage Practice Leader - HP SV Balaji is the Storage Practice Leader for TS Consulting in APJ Region, HP. Balaji has over 20 years of experience in IT Solutions and Consulting with a good technical and management experience having worked for MNC organisations like EMC, IBM, and Standard Chartered Bank. He has held many customer-facing pre-sales roles as well as delivery oriented roles that required a combination of technical skills, product and domain knowledge together with client management capabilities. He has handled a multitude of roles including designing and conceptualising solutions, managing revenue and profitability measurements, project management and leadership roles, Client management and relationship building etc. In the last 10 years, Balaji has accumulated experience in storage industry and has worked with IBM, EMC and NetApp. As a Regional Solutions Consultant in IBM ASEAN and as a Solution Analyst / Project manager at EMC, he has worked on many projects providing customised solutions and delivering the same. Later, he was the ASEAN Pre-Sales manager for NetApp and was leading a team of 12 professionals, specialised at providing solutions for customers. Balaji has a MBA in e-commerce from NTU, Singapore and a Bachelor’s degree in Science from the Bangalore University.

	Foong Foo Kong Research & Development Engineer - Data Storage Institute & SNIA South Asia Treasurer Foo Kong has previously occupied roles in Quality Engineering and as a Product Safety and Regulatory Engineer at the Data Storage Institute.
	Saravanan Krishnan Director, Storage Platforms and Solutions Business, Asia Pacific, Hitachi Data Systems, and Vice-Chair SNIA South Asia Saravanan currently leads the products and solutions team for Hitachi Data Systems’ Storage Platforms business in Asia Pacific. Prior to this position in HDS, Saravanan was with HP Software & Solutions, where he led the Information Management (IM) business across APJ. In an earlier role, Saravanan was with the HP APJ Consulting team where he took charge of driving the Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) and Storage services business. In both HP roles, Saravanan was instrumental in driving sales engagements through his regional team, exceed revenue and margin goals, introduce innovative service offerings, and uphold customer satisfaction. He was also accountable for developing strategic partnerships with key technology vendors to expand the services portfolio across the region. Prior to joining HP, Saravanan was with Sun Microsystems (through StorageTek acquisition) where he successfully led the Asia South storage solutions presales team. In his last role in StorageTek, Sara was in-charge of Business Development for emerging technologies. With more than 15 years of IT experience in companies including IBM and CSC, Saravanan has held diverse functional positions in delivery, consulting, sales and business development. Saravanan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore, and an Executive MBA Degree in Strategy and Innovation Management from Helsinki School of Economics. Saravanan also contributes actively through speaking engagements, online forums and industry publications.
